Identity? What does that even mean in this current climate?? The 20’s are difficult enough having to navigate adulthood, we feel fuxked up, lost, confused, and pressured into a very limited time period of our lives while also somehow having to figure it all out at the same time?!

We can feel lost and that’s okay. Sometimes, we just want to be present, play, and get lost in the experience. We still have time. We also have our 30’s, 40’s, humans can live up to 120 years!!! BUT It will never be enough because identity is always changing, shifting, and growing. THAT is the point of life.

Come get lost with us in our writing, thoughts, and experiences as we delve into the confusion and uncertainty of what it means to be in this part of our lives searching for identity. Leave it be. Leave it lost. Experience it. Explore it without fear of judgement, expectation, or outcome. Join us for a 4-hour evening of writing together and exploring identity through storytelling. Let’s write away our uncertainty together 🙏🏼🌺🫶🏽🌸

Who is your workshop leader?

I was born in Istanbul and currently live in Germany. I am a Comparative Literature student. While I working in the field of literature, I am trying to improve myself in cinema and screen writing. Writing and reading are my comfort zones. My communication skills are what makes me feel most confident. Dancing, cooking, communicating with people, and watching sitcoms are my favorite activities. I'm grateful to be a part of the team and excited for my adventure with WWBL!
